International House Berkeley is now accepting applications for room and board from exceptional students in the 2023 Spring semester. International House, one of an era of intercultural leadership and living experience, is a perfect place to be.

It is the I-House Scholarship program is designed to give UC Berkeley students the possibility to experience first-hand diverse cultures from all over the globe while also offering international students the opportunity to gain knowledge about the diverse ethnic and economic backgrounds of America, United States.

I-House is able to provide 1100 per year to 75+ nations of students in an average 12-month cycle of studies.

Thanks to the generosity of numerous generous alumni and friends, rooms and board scholarships could be awarded to worthy students who reside at the International House.

International students attending the University of California can apply for the room and board scholarship that will allow them to pursue undergraduate-level courses at the University of California.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible to be considered for  University of California International House Berkeley, Room and Board Scholarships applicants must meet the following criteria:

Full-time upper-division (graduate senior or junior) or graduate students in a degree-seeking course within UC Berkeley. 

(Exchange students and summer residents, extension students, and visiting scholars aren’t qualified.) 

Show proof of financial necessity. Official confirmation of a room reservation during the time period that you’re applying for. (Double-occupancy spaces for students in the undergraduate level or Regular Single or Low-Price Single to graduate students). 

UC Berkeley students with enough units to be considered sophomores can apply for financial and housing aid as well as housing. 

The submission and completion of all the steps of the application form, including additional documents, is required.
