Liam Rosenior has announced his Chelsea lineup to take on Arsenal in the Premier League.
Chelsea aims to regain their position in the top five following Liverpool’s win against West Ham, while Manchester City has narrowed the gap to leaders Arsenal to just two points ahead of the upcoming match on Sunday.
Rosenior’s team arrives at the Emirates after failing to secure a victory in their last eight league encounters with the Gunners. Arsenal boasts a strong home performance against Chelsea, having triumphed in all three league matches played in north London.
Mikel Arteta’s team earned bragging rights last month by eliminating Chelsea from the Carabao Cup, advancing to the final. Now, Rosenior will be looking for payback as they aim to undermine the hosts’ title ambitions.

Importantly, Chelsea will be missing Marc Cucurella and Estevao Willian, while Dario Essugo and Jamie Gittens are still sidelined for the match against Arsenal.
Considering Chelsea’s recent poor performance against Arsenal, Rosenior understands that a win on Sunday would make a strong statement, but he emphasizes that this isn’t his only goal.
